Terms of Purchase

Effective Date: September 7, 2024
(Applies to all artwork, including works by represented artists, sold by and through Studio B Photography & Gallery)

Thank you for supporting original artwork through Studio B Photography & Gallery. Before submitting payment, please review the following terms, which apply to all purchases regardless of how they were initiated (e.g., in person, via email, or through social media).

1. Payment & Confirmation

  • Full payment is required prior to delivery or pickup.

  • Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Viewing (Optional)

  • If you’d like to view the piece in person before finalizing your purchase, you may schedule a private appointment here: Schedule a Viewing Appointment

3. Pickup or Shipping

  • After payment is complete, you may: Schedule Pickup

  • Alternatively, shipping can be arranged and will be invoiced separately based on destination, method, and size.

  • Shipping is not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Final Sale

  • All original artworks and made-to-order replicas are final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be issued.

  • Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.

5. Color Accuracy & Monitor Variance

  • Replicas are produced from high-resolution scans of the artist’s original work and reviewed for color accuracy.

  • However, please note that colors may appear slightly different on individual monitors or screens.

6. Off-Site Discovery (e.g., Social Media)

  • This agreement applies regardless of how you discovered the piece (e.g., Facebook post, artist’s page, referral).

  • Payment must be submitted through Studio B Photography & Gallery’s invoicing system to ensure authenticity, proper tax documentation, and delivery coordination.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.

  • Any disputes arising from a transaction shall be resolved in Washington County, Oregon.

  • Studio B Photography & Gallery commits to working in good faith to resolve any misunderstandings or concerns. However, by submitting payment, you agree to these stated terms and waive the right to dispute the purchase based on post-delivery dissatisfaction or monitor-based color variation.
